Thank you for allowing me to review your infographic. Using the provided grading rubric my scores would be as follows: Organization 5, Clarity 5, and Main theme 5. The layout of the infographic was simple to follow, the color scheme was not creating any difficulties viewing the text. The overall main theme shared was your new understanding and perspective of diversity and inclusion that can become a key component in your classroom just by building that sense of community. Experiences are the main vehicle that drives our growth as educators, and I believe you can use this experience to enhance your skills as an educator for sure. Great Job! ~ Janice”
"Alexis -- thank you for inviting me to be a peer reviewer. I enjoyed your infographic -- the color scheme and layout, plus the images you chose, were seamless. Using your grading rubric, I would give you a 5 for organization, a 5 for clarity and a 5 for main theme. Your identified belief that diversity is important in the classroom because we can learn from each other's culture, identities and experiences is spot on. I appreciate your perspective and thank you again for sharing! Be well -- Kelly"
As one of Alexis' family members, I have seen Alexis grow over this past semester with the ideas of diversity and how she has been able to implement it in the classroom. Based on the infographic and rubric that was shown, I was able to understand what she was trying to convey with her thoughts.
As one of Alexis' friends, I decided that from the rubric, I would give this a 14 out of 15 based a 5 for organization, a 5 for clear, and a 4 for main idea. Everything was easy to understand and follow, but the parts of the graphic needed a little more about the main idea of the points.
